Instead of listening to music, I try to listen to podcasts where I can learn and leverage the experience of other people who have already done what I want to do.
These podcasts helped me make the jump and buy my first property, and the learnings I've taken away are priceless. I highly, highly recommend you give them a listen and I promise you will learn so many things that will help you achieve your real estate goals.
